Excursion around the Bosco di Lecceto, between hermitages and small villages immersed in the beauty of these uncontaminated places.
The departure will take place from Volte Basse at the large parking lot located in Via Casalpiano (on the road to Sovicille).

The route involves crossing the small villages of Palazzaccio di Toiano, Valli, Caldana. In Pastine di Sotto, along the path 113 of the Italian Alpine Club Section of Siena, we reach the Hermitage of San Leonardo al Lago.
After a short stop, we begin to climb following path 117, to reach the hermitage of Lecceto (the largest of the 5 Augustinian hermitages in the province of Siena). From here, after about an hour’s walk, we will be back at the Volte Basse.
