Situated in a delightful position just 2 km from the towers of the historical town of San Gimignano, the HOTEL SOVESTRO complex stretches horizontally across a vast park of pine trees, coasted by vineyards, olive trees and luxuriant Tuscan and Mediterranean vegetation.

 

We offer a total of 40 rooms, 28 of these rooms are situated on the ground floor, with either a small garden, with panoramic view or view to the swimming pool, and 12 rooms are situated on the first floor with Balcony (Terrace).
All our rooms have private bathroom with shower, hair-drier, telephone, minibar, TV set with Sky and screen of 26’’ and air conditioning or heating. WI-FI in all the rooms, in open-air spaces, like in the restaurant in the two pools and so on..
We have a private parking, a garage and 2 swimming pools.

Furthermore you can enjoy our restaurant “Da Pode” for lunch and dinner;
Once the restaurant was a farmhouse and now it offers an attentive hospitality and typical Tuscany cuisine.

The balance between nature and tradition returns in the cuisine of the "da Pode" Restaurant. All the dishes, prepared and served under the watchful eye of Lucia, are created using modern restaurant utensils and, most importantly, only the freshest, locally produced ingredients and the varied recipes typical of the House and of internationally famous Tuscan cuisine.
